I just noticed today that my check is pending being cashed by USCIS but I have not yet received my email confirmation. My package was confirmed delivered on 06/27/19 and sent out on 06/24/19.

Don't sweat it as you may not even get an email confirmation, the hard copy will just sneak up on you in the mailbox. Don't sweat it you are good to go! They are getting that money so it's all good now!!!!!!

I agree with this. We never got an email or text on our NOA1 even though we filled up the form to get digital notifications.

Just got the USPS informed delivery daily digest that what appears to be my NOA1 is going to be in my mailbox today but I away from my home on a business trip until Thursday... I am going to assume that it is the NOA1 and will update my timeline accordingly. Glad to be onto the next step just wish they emailed me my receipt as I requested.

I am positive that is what it is your NOA1, they don't always send you a notification even if you have asked for one when you submitted your petition, that's something you are going to have to get used to they don't always do what they advertise, but the main thing is you got your NOA1!!!!

I got my hard copy in the mail! Woohoo! So question...which date do I put on my timeline? The date they list as having received the petition, the date the NOA is dated, or the date that I got the NOA in the mail?

Question. Im currenty renting a room now for myself, planning to move on a cheaper room for rent for now. As i wanted to save money before my fiance comes here. Would there be a problem with that? I know i need to report change of address. But is renting a room & not an apt/house an issue?
