I’ve already checked that PDF and now asking a question.

Since I’m not sure if my understanding is correct, I would like a help to confirm the last 3 numbers mean “3” or not.

The last three numbers is when your case number was assigned that day. So you were the 3rd case to be approved that day. So anyway you slice it 003 or 03 or 3 means you were the third case to be approved that day. I was able to determine this by reading the PDF. :D

I think your listed  dates are a bit off, maybe a bit to ecstatic!!!!

I'll be calling early next week to see if my case # has been assigned.  NVC receipt date is the same as yours.
