Hello!

We got our NOA2, just yesterday, on June 11st.

Now I’m curious, since I read shipping days are June 11st and 12th, if there’s a possibility that my case is included there?

I know you can’t tell it 100% sure, but just from experiences?

I just updated my email address for the NVC, I just hope everything workes with that.

If you just got your NOA2 it's unlikely  your case is at NVC therefore it did not make that shipment.

For my I-134, will a copy of a signed letter from my employer and bank suffice, or does it need the original 'wet' signature?

Depends on the Embassy. Find the sub-forum for your country and see if there are others Aussies that can help with this answer. Go to the blue ribbon at the top of the page choose forums then scroll down 3/4 of the page and find the link.

Does NVC send a letter in the mail saying they’ve sent it off to embassy or is it only a email notification?

Just a email!

I decided to call NVC this morning, been about 2 weeks since our NOA2. Called around 9:05 and got through within 10 minutes. They haven't received our case yet but the woman I spoke with was very nice and just told me to keep calling. Good to know, will try again next week :)

For those who want to call, she asked me what kind of visa (K1), USCIS receipt #, and NOA2 date.

Guess you should get used to calling back for the next month and getting the same response.  Details about the timeline are in the first post of this thread. USCIS to NVC 4 weeks, NVC receipt 2_3 weeks to assign case number.  To the embassy depends on shipping schedule.

We got our NOA-2 on June 7th but got the paper notice today June 14th. Looking at step 1 of this packet, what do we actually write in the NVC contact request? Do I just put our information as stated in the packet (full name, DOB, NOA2 receipt number, WAC number) or do I also write that I am requesting an email once NVC receives our case, etc.?

What packet are you referring 3? Are you referring to the pdf in the first post or something else?

Sorry about that, I meant the pdf in the first post on this page, step 1, about changing email address with the NVC.

I also have another question about the I-134f. How soon is it recommended to complete it and get the supplemental materials ready? I thought I read somewhere that the supplemental materials for it should be recent (within a month or so) once the beneficiary gets to the interview.

For the email address step just follow the instructions.  All the information is put in the blank box just as shown.

Once you have your interview schedule i recommend begin to complete the I134.
