HANG IN THERE!!!! i'm a bit ahead of you, but it seems like that my case is stuck with NVC, status shows "at NVC". been 3 weeks. case number was assigned, but no other movements... hoping for some new on wednesday...

Quick question - where can you see that your status is "at NVC"?  I checked the USCIS website and it only shows that my case was approved and my receipt number.

Here: https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ when you get the case# from NVC.

You will need to go the https://ceac.state.gov/ceac/ to check your status.  You’ll check under immigrant visa and you will need your case number.

Thanks, this is what I though.  There is no record of my case # yet.  I'm at 34 days since the NOA2 approval, but I've read that it could take 4-6 weeks for the case number to be entered and assigned in the CEAC system.

Have you tried calling them?  They issued my case number just 3 days after they received it.  Hope you get an update soon!
