You'll need the P3 which are the instructions for the interview. Contact the embassy for further details.

I just called the NVC and got our case number, however, when I try to put into ceac to get an update it invalid application ID or case number. Any idea why?

 

EDIT: Apparently it works in Internet Explorer and not Firefox.

Yes. In Firefox it didn't work either way, but in Internet Explorer it does.

Just called this morning and also got our case number and invoice number.

Is the number in the pdf file you use cause,cause my fiance been calling them and getting straight voice mail

Yes, I called 603-334-0888

 

If it goes straight to voicemail, it probably means they are super busy, so just try again in a bit. I’ve been calling everyday and sometimes more, and sometimes it takes me 3 mins, sometimes 40 mins. Usually if I call at 3 EST or 8 EST, it is a shorter wait. I called at 12 EST this morning and it was a 40 min wait.

Numbers work but you are calling at peak times. Call at the very beginning of the day and then later at night. Those are the slow period.

My fiance call 9 am also and still don't get them. We are going keep trying till they answer,lol

If you don't have the P3 how will you proceed? Without knowing what to do it could cost added time and costs. Right now you can complete the DS-160.
