He guys!! Not a big concern, just a small question.

My fiancé in the U.S has just moved into a new rented address. We haven’t filled in the DS160 form yet.

Is it ok to put his new address now on anything we file including DS160?

Would that be a problem if it differs to the address that was filed in I-129f packet?

Do we we need to notify anyone of the change of Petitioners address? (His previous address stated was his parents home)

Our case is ‘In Transit’ to London Embassy atm.

Thank you!

Welcome to the forum.

Don't downplay this, this is a big concern. Your plans, as stated, could backfire and cause you some real problems.

Have you received your K1 visa yet?  Have you gotten married?  I would suggest that you be very careful about putting out the appearances of being a married couple just yet. There are always sad reports in these forums where the couple went to the K1 interview, only to be denied eligibility for the K1 visa. The CO had determined that the are already "too married," denies the K1 visa (for any number of reasons) and the couple was left with having to start all over with a C/R-1 spousal visa. Some of the reasons for the K1 ineligibility included, calling each other husband and wife,  making married couple-like statements on online social media programs, etc.

Until you get married, suggest that your fiance maintains his parents address as his also. After you get married, file a change of address with USCIS and USPS.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

As I have stated, yes that is exactly what is happening Ecase is their but Pcase is not. You'll know when you see the package signed for by the embassy. BTW, you don't have to sit here and wait for the case to arrive. It's time to start gathering and filling out DS-160, the I-134 paying the visa fee and what not.

Here is thee P3 for Argentina:

Next, this is the Argentina US Embassy webpage:

Every document including the form I-134 can be presented as a photocopy an original is not required.

The US Embassy in Argentina ask that all legal documents to be translated by a professional. The consul at the embassy warned beneficiary's to apostille and translate their birth certificate, because without the apostille it was not going to have any legal value overseas to do the AOS.  So, have your translation completed with a professional service and ensure that you have it apostille for the interview.

This is a thoughtful article about the process that another VJ'r about his experience with the process for the interview.  https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/690927-december-2018-k-1-noa2-nvc/?do=findComment&comment=9600005

Sorry was this response for me? I’m confused.

I think you might have misunderstood my questions.

We haven’t put out the appearance of being married because...we’re not married.

My US fiancé wanted to move out so he’s moved to a new rented place on his own.

Really it has nothing to do with me, my name isn’t involved in anything because we’re not married yet.

I just want want to know about filling in the forms.

But thanks anyway for the links!

If anyone else has any advice it’d be appreciated.

Where did you find the invoice number for paying the fee? I'd like to get this done as well.

My case is still with NVC, and I finished 160 form and paid the fee already , if anything I should be more worried about pissing people off.🥵

I see you are in Canada like myself, I don’t think we pay the embassy fee until we get packet 4 and are able to book our interview unless I’m mistaken.

Thank you! I am finding this part of the process so difficult since it varies so widely based on the beneficiary's country! I am trying to refrain from spamming the Canadian thread with all my questions lol.

Thats awesome, mine is out for delivery today so th e Juarez embassy will have it by the end of the day.

@TandClaudia my fiance called Juarez embassy and they confirmed that her passport does not need another prorroga to allow the approval and travel into the US. Even if it's less than six months before it expires.  Which hers will be. So that's one great news for th at part of it.  We are on our way
