Has the DHL hack updated for anyone yet?

Yes it has for me. I checked 3 hours ago and see the information and estimated recieved date. I follow the PDF file to put in information and it worked

Yes finally updated for us today !

My shipment still hasn't updated and I received an email from NVC stating that they were shipping my file all the way on June 27th....so I'm really confused. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Hopefully that means mine will be received soon too. My Noa2 is 6/18, and today I called and they said they have no record of my application. Hopefully this just means they haven’t received it yet.

Expect it to be there around 7/18 and number assigned 1 to 2 weeks later. So I'm guessing last week of July you should make that call.

hey @Greenbaum - What's your opinion on this?

My fiance (K-1 visa) is in AP since June 18th, 2019 (Vietnam).  I’m planning to go visit her end of Aug. and praying that her visa will be approved/issued by then. BUT if it doesn’t, is it wise to marry her while I'm there and go back to the U.S to file I-130/CR-1? Or wait for K1 visa's outcome first, which could be months/years from what i have read...Thanks in advance.

221g blue slip

They asked for my ex's info (address/phone#)

Timeline of our relationship, airlines tickets.

All provided and was told to go home and wait for them to call.

It's up to you. But first I that your making an emotional decision and not well thought out. Why pass on something that is so near. Second, if you marry then the K1 is dead and you now have another 8 to 12 months and thousands of dollars worth in additional expenditures. Good luck with that decision.

 It worked!! OMGee I made that all up just to fool you'll into thinking something like this would work and help you.

Trust the process.

Never doubted the process. Just happy that finally I can track the package on dhl. Another step closer to the interview step 🎉 thank you so much for all your help and useful tips

They're not open until 9 am Eastern time and aren't supposed to close until 9pm Eastern time...and putting people on hold is something that's been around for decades...

Did you know at heavy call times there is a new option for a call back from an agent. Yup. They have that system. Isn't technology great? Even USCIS and NVC are using it now. Just think no more on hold which is old school. Amazing!!

It’s 5.27pm eastern time. Too late in the day .. you need to call 7.01am eastern.

The employees work under an underfunded inefficient system .. they don’t create the system .. they make it work somehow despite the system.

Hours for the call center is 9 to 9. Just helping you share accurate information.  :D

You're right.  I do not want to start over unless I have to.  Thanks.

I know this probably has been asked already but our case just went to “ready” and we got an email from the consulate. Although they haven’t received the physical application from the NVC I’m guessing they got the electronic version. Are we able to now send in the P3? Or do we have to wait for them to get the hard copy?

TIA!

Goodness! I hope that's not the case where our case numbers are assigned 1 to 2 weeks later after they received it! Otherwise a lot of us won't make the cut for the July 23rd shipment 😬

Oh well, if that really is the fact, that isn't that bad, that just means more time for us to prepare and finish off remaining business more laid back 😎

Please read the embassy website,  your subforum here on VJ, and your embassy's P3.  Everything can be found there. Asking ppl from other countries is not very wise.

Case still says “At NVC” and it’s Thursday morning. Means we didn’t make the Wednesday cutoff :( Case # was assigned on the 3rd. Any chance that they don’t update the status online even after sending to embassy??

Rarely, rarely and rarely.

I Received my NVC case number, and went ahead and submitted DS-160, and paid the fee... application is still with NVC, and hoping it would get forwarded to embassy on next shipment date.

any recommendations/help/knowledge/experience that you can share would be greatly helpful..., as if i should go ahead and get the date for interview, and get medical done. or should i wait for the letter to reach the door from embassy. currently earliest date that they are offering is Aug 30th.

Thanks a Million in Advance @Greenbaum
