The shipment dates are in the PDF on the first page. I've updated them through August.

Our NOA2 was 5/30, case number assigned 6/21. So about 3 weeks. I saw others with similar NOA2 (5/29-5/31) on here getting their case numbers the week of 6/21 so I took that as a hint to call. And when I did, I got my answer.

 

To make the 7/9 shipment, you'll need your case number by the previous Wednesday (so...today). Otherwise 7/23

Other people can assist you with your DS-160 form. Note that under U.S. law (22 C.F.R. 41.103) you (beneficiary) must electronically sign and submit your own DS-160 unless you qualify for an exemption. Even if someone else helped you complete the DS-160 (applicant) must click the “Sign Application” button, or your application may not be accepted. 

 

Signature. The Form DS-160 shall be signed electronically by clicking the box designated "Sign Application" in the certification section of the application. This electronic signature attests to the applicant's familiarity with and intent to be bound by all statements in the NIV application under penalty of perjury.

My fiancée lives in Panama as a resident.  She is from Venezuela.

 

The P3 documents mention a certificate of singleness from Panama.

 

My fiancée went to get the document, and was told that it wouldn't be issued to her from Panama.  If she needed one, she would have to get it from Venzuela. 

 

I'm hoping that we can get this document within the next three weeks.  Lord knows what this will cost.

Looks like you are having to fight tooth and  nail just for the paperwork, i can relate, hopefully  you'll  be able to get the document soon.

Sometimes the less information you provide the better you'll complete your mission. I would try and go back and ask for the document.  I would think that if she doesn't discuss Venezuela she might get some where. Here is some information for VZ. You can also find for Panama.

I already have my case number from a few weeks ago. Should I be receiving an email From NVC asking for any fees or other docs? I was imagining that come Tuesday my petition would get mailed to Juarez?
