I'm assuming you mean June 2019 visa bulletin since May 2013 is the current PD for F2B there.

It's probably around another 3 years or so of waiting? There's no way to know for sure because it depends on how many people applied before you and how many of those people actually get a visa (including any derivatives). The total waiting time is about 7 years right now.

Timelines:

The F2B category is currently moving forward  at a pace of 3months via visa bulletin  and I calculated my priority date With GC (green card) visa calculator and it estimated my priority date to be current in may2020

Don't rely on the VB. Track the adjudication times of your service center. That's what matters the most nowadays.

adjudication times? I really don't understand,  cause I'm currently outside the United States

The service center adjudication time is only relevant if it takes longer than the PD does to become current. That is still rarely happening with F2A, but is not regularly happening at all with any other category.

:) I am very well aware. I won't argue how rare it is, I would just invite you to join our F2A and F2B threads.

@dannyrocks

I mean service center adjudication times. Let me guess - your petition is in Vermont.

I mean adjudication times:

75 Months to 97.5 Months

U.S. citizen filing for an unmarried son or daughter over 21
June 03, 2011

If you are already approved, you have no worries.

my case was approved June 2015 and it has been with NVC since then. I think my service center is California cause that's where my dad lives and he is the petitioner

Great! If you don't have your WL when your PD approaches, call NVC and try to push them. Gl!

Actually, you should start emailing NVC at askNVC@state.gov once the date on chart B of the visa bulletin becomes current. (currently 8/8/14) They will email you back telling you if you can start paying fees and submitting documents to NVC.
