Fiance to Visit Me in US this week, NOA1 received

I just want to double check: can my Canadian fiance visit me while our K-1 Visa is awaiting approval? We just received notice of the NOA1. Fingers crossed for your responses and advise.

Sure they can try, being from Canada chances are very high. Make sure they answer questions truthfully and that they bring proof of ties to their country, such as letter for leave from employer, rent payments, etc.

Yes. I visit my husband every second or third weekend. Bring the NOA1 and proof of ties in case they ask (I've never been asked) and don't lie about anything and 99% of the time you'll be fine.

Yes definitely! We never had any issues. My fiance always brought all the back up info like letters from employer and was never even asked for anything. Especially if your trip is short (for example, not pushing ESTA limits), you shouldn't have any trouble whatsoever!

I carried an employment verification letter with me each time I crossed and never once got asked for it.  You should be a-ok.
