Withdrawal of I-485 & I-130 before interview.. What options are left?

Just made some further research... The chances to overcome the intent to immigrate are indeed very slim....I just checked the "Immigrant and Nonimmigrant Visa Ineligibilities" for the fiscal year 2018. 

 

214(b) Failure to establish entitlement to nonimmigrant status (intent to immigrate)

 

Ineligibility Finding 2,771,339 

Ineligibility Overcome : 22,482

 

Meaning only 0.81% of applicants who were denied under 214(b) were able to prove they didn't have the intent to immigrate and get their non immigrant visa.

 

That's going to be a tough one....
