AOS + EAD NOA

I file AOS and EAD together I received NOA for EAD yesterday. Is this normal? Is AOS + EAD the same NOA or two different NOA? Can some one verify thanks.

Two separate applications, two separate sets of notices.

Except that there will often be one biometrics appointment covering both.

hi:

just to let you know, we filed AOS, EAD, AP and 130 together and received NOAs yesterday on all, but the AOS. I checked my bank today, and all checks have cleared. Maybe just a hiccup in how they sent the notices out.

I sent in one check for (biometric + i485 + i765) and it cashed. I hopes they don't reject because they sent together.

Oh no, maybe I should worry. I sent out my husbands AOS, AP, and EAD paperwork all together. All 3 checks have been cashed, but we only received the NOA1 for AOS and the EAD and it's been a week since we received them and no sign of the AP NOA1.

You will get two seperate NOA's and two seperate case numbers. Since they are mailed seperately your AOS NOA1 should not be far behind, perhaps Monday?

Ours came the same day. A week apart seems like a long lag, but they are three seperate cases(AOS, EAD and AP,) so not sure how soon before you should panic ucla cutie.
