N400 Field Office Processing Times Updated (5/25/19)

It seems like N400 field office processing times have been updated which makes sense given that so many people's estimated case completion dates changed recently. The situation in my field office (NYC) has gotten worse going from 13/22.5 months to 13.5/25 months.

I really don’t understand, what’s happening!? what is the point with the time in the picture. no making sense they are going back in the time

These are your personalized case completion times. The bottom part is saying you have 3 months to wait for the interview. The top part is saying the nightmare should hopefully be over by October!
