My fiancee is trying to finish the I-134 form and is uncertain what to put for her annual income because depending on the number of days there are in a month she sometimes works 16 days or 17 days. On top of that, there will be times she will be asked to do extra days when they need the manpower(not OT). So every month her pay stubs do not have the same amount on it. Her concern is how she should estimate her  current  annual income.

What if the person gets a new job and makes more money this year?  Current annual income would not be the same as was reported on tax returns.  In that case tax returns would be irrelevant to current annual income.

That word "Expected" changes the entire concept of current income........

I fought a year for posting the current income

i can tell you my income i will get till death as i am living on a prepaid annunity and get monthly checks

i really kept getting my forms back saying to adjust for past year's income that no one would know what the current year would be

i finally went to Atlanta and paid $300 to a fantasic lawyer who filled my paperwork out (same as i had been doing) and it was accepted

You might need a co-sponsor.  They are scrutinizing income these days more than before.
