Cfo appointment schedule

Hello, I do not know if this has been answered here in this forum before, but my fiancé had his interview last May 23 for K1 visa. It went smoothly I guess, the Officer who interviewed him only handed him the pamphlet on domestic violence and a slip on where to register his delivery address for the visa packet after the interview.  I read here that if it is in non-immigrant at CEAC with status "administrative processing" then it is a good sign. Moreover, I also read that you can schedule a CFO appointment prior to getting your visa issued. I looked at the link Hank has on his comments and was directed to the 2 questions it needed to continue with the schedule as shown on the picture below.

I am a dual citizen both US and Filipino and also the petitioner. Please help for any input on what to shade on this 2 questions. Also when it asked what is the fiancee citizenship, I do not see the US. I hold a US passport. Thank you so much for anyone who reply.

God bless all on this journey.

You have to choose from the dropdown AMERICAN (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA). We have the same case, my petitioner also had dual citizenship, both Philippines and US, but I still attended the seminar, got my certificate and left without any hassle at the airport.

Thank you so much Vinn:)

As noted you choose United States of America .    Your fiance attend the GCP seminar.

(FYI only U.S. citizens can petition a K-1)

Hello everyone, just want to share a little update to anyone else on the agonizing wait times for their K1 visa issuance.

My fiancé was interviewed in the US Embassy in Manila last May 23,2019 and soon after checking on CEAC the status was under AP. Now May 29, the status changed to Issued! Yay! Now another wait begins on how long it will take for 2go courier to contact my fiancé so he can pick up the visa packet at SM Manila. Will keep updating to anyone else having the same journey as we are.

Also, we already scheduled for his Cfo seminar on June 14. We hope he gets the visa packet first so he can bring his passport to the seminar for the CFO sticker 😁

From ISSUED status it can be 2 more days before the visa package is ready for pickup by 2GO.    Embassy states 5-10 business days for delivery after  ISSUED, being metro Manila you won't have a long wait.  :)
