Hello everyone,  I'm currently filling out my Form I-130A and I'm having difficulty on how to fill in the additional information of my last five year employment.  On the additional information is written.  

Page number,  Part number and item number.  So the page number will be 2, The part number will be 2 and what about the item number?  The employment history on page 2 starts from number 1 to number 8b. 

I would appreciate any response.  Thank you in advance.

I would use Page 2; Part 2; Question 5 and put all info under that section.  I would keep repeating question 5 but say Employer #3, Employer #4...

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.
