Evidently the plan to redistribute cases to other field offices is having a huge impact (SARCASM)...this week's update in the processing times for the NYC field office:

CITIZENSHIP TIMELINE

4/2019: Submitted N400

5/2019: Biometrics (3 weeks)

2/2020: Interview (10 months)

3/2020: Oath & naturalization (11 months)

6/2020: Passport received (3 months)

Officially a U.S. Citizen!

I filed August 23rd. I bet you will have your email either tomorrow or next week the latest;)

I can only cross my fingers! I filed August 30th. Reading your post this morning was definitely a ray of hope haha

I can’t find if you made any posts about your experience, would you be able to tell a bit about it? Do you have any information  about when your oath could possibly be?

I just got a notice that my case was transferred to another USCIS field office for review. I did my biometrics in their Manhattan office.
