Evidently the plan to redistribute cases to other field offices is having a huge impact (SARCASM)...this week's update in the processing times for the NYC field office:

I just noticed that my estimated completion time changed too. It is now back to August 2019, which is obviously not happening. Ugh, so annoying. 

Under “Estimated Wait Time” box there is an infamous phrase “We are taking longer than expected to proceed your case...”.

Update: My letter is already online, and the interview date is September 10th. I was hoping for end of August, actually, but I’m tired of complaining, ugh. The only hope is the oath date would not be long after the interview.

I can’t find if you made any posts about your experience, would you be able to tell a bit about it? Do you have any information  about when your oath could possibly be?

I just got a notice that my case was transferred to another USCIS field office for review. I did my biometrics in their Manhattan office.

Hi,

 

Got the same email that that application has been transferred. I hope this is good news.... still no interview scheduled

Submitted 08/05/2019 with pending I-751, to my surprise my estimated case completion currently stands at 3 months - November 2019. 
Not holding my breath though, I'm expecting the estimate to go up once I complete biometrics.
