If it isn't a 10 year card, it's a mistake and can be fixed.

Our lawyer said that it will be 10 years card. I hope it won't be any mistake

File the I-90 to get it fixed. There's no fee for USCIS error.

 

Edit: Removed info not relevant to OP's case (no immigrant visa here).

You can make an appointment to get an I-551 stamp valid for 1 year to acts as a green card in the meantime.

Your endorsed immigrant visa acts as a green card for 1 year. So it's annoying to have to get it corrected, but otherwise you'll be fine.

Is it annoying? Do you have any idea how long will it take?

Actually...can you confirm when you got married again? Your prior post says Jan. 2016 but that was over 3 years ago. Your VJ timeline says Jan. 2018. This is a major difference as Jan. 2018 was less than 2 years ago.

 

It varies, but I have heard of others in the same situation "only" taking a few months.
