Remember the USCIS has nothing to do with your case after the I-129F until you are married and file the AOS.  The DOS, department of state, has control.

Also do not wait for P3 to come in the mail.  When your CEAC status says ready, wait a week and send the P3.  You dont need to have all those items in your hands when you send the P3, you need them for interview. You should not schedule your interview until you recieve P4.

Yes, the beneficiary will handle P3 and P4. P3 will look something like this (PDF): https://ca.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/27/2016/07/Packet3Instructions-K1.pdf

Any items in P3 that apply to your case should be brought to the interview, originals and photocopies. Also note that only visa applicants are allowed into the Consulate on interview day. You can still visit Montreal to be with your fiancee -- just not during the interview.

What all is in the P4? Or does it vary?

P4 PDF: https://ca.usembassy.gov/wp-content/uploads/sites/27/2016/03/Packet4-MTL.pdf

It has instructions on how to book the interview and medical exam.

K1 does only I-134.

Aos requires the I-864

I wasn’t sure because Packet 4 asked for I-864 so I was confused as hell. And if I have joint sponsors they do separate 134’s correct? (That form was giving me hell til I found the example on the site, I was on YouTube trying to find out how to do it but it was all the old form).
