Hi,

My PD is May 2018 and i have pending I-130 at CSC.

I will be filling AOS asap as per the latest date of filing chart.

My current visa status and EAD will expire on Feb 2020 and i don't think that my I-130(hence I-485) will be approved before Feb 2020.

But i may get GC EAD as i will be applying for AOS soon.

I know that i will get an authorized stay because of pending AOS.

But should be worried about my status or GC EAD after Feb 2020 ,once my current visa status is expired.

Thanks @WeGuyGal.

I got to know from the previous post that,i can have authorized stay once the AOS is in pending state and i cannot work unless i have an EAD.

I was expecting that my H1B application through my employer will work out so that i can maintain a legal status till the end of whole process.

But chances of that is less now,so i am little bit concerned about what will happen after Feb 2020 when my current status expires.

I believe that i will get GC EAD approved before Feb 2020 , but after Feb 2020 can i use that to continue to stay/work.?
