Hi 

this is my first post. Till today I was just reading everybody’s posts and now I signed up!

my question is I filed I-485, 765 and I130 in August 2016and I got my EAD in December 2017.  With a lots of ups and downs I got interview in October 2018. By as time passed by, me and my husband weren’t getting along and he started to abuse me. I consulted lawyer and they suggested I360. Then I attended the interview based on I485 and requested to hold the decision, as suggested by my lawyer. I tried to renew my EAD. My case for renewal of 765 was received October 2018 under pending I485. My drivers license is about to expire and I was checking the processing times and it was showing October 30 2018 for National Benefits Center. But my case didn’t move, neither I received EAD. I was trying to submit e- request but it’s showing that my case is within processing times. 

 

Is it different for renewals? I should wait more? What should I do?
