I sent my I -751 package with G 1145 form to USCIS Dallas, TX lockbox on May 8th 2019. USPS tracking showed it was delivered on May 11th 2019.

Until now I still have not received any text/email notification or any notice of receipt in the mail. My check has not been cashed either.

I called USPS to double check and also called USCIS but all I was told is to wait because there was nothing regarding my case in their system.

I begin to feel worried. Anybody has the same issue?

Takes about a month to get NOA. You’re still within that time period.

Thank you. But my check has not been cashed either so I am a little worried. I hope by the end of this month I will hear something

If it makes you feel better, my N-400 application was received by the same lockbox (Lewisville address though because it was sent via FedEx) on April 29th and nothing has happened for me yet. No check cashed, no notification. I'm hoping that they'll do something about it sooner rather than later, because I'm definitely worried that it might have been misplaced or lost.

Oh dear ... I do not know what is going on :(

I looked online and it seems like there is an email address that we can ask about the cases sent to these Lockbox: lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov

But it will take 30 days for them to give us some responses.

I am worried because If it is lost and I don't know and keep waiting then my greencard will expire and I may lose my job too :( But I am not sure if I should re-file or not.

I hope you will have some news about your case soon. Good luck to both of us!

You should have filed closer to your 90-day window so you wouldn't have to worry about your GC expiring already if you need proof for work.

Don't refile unless they sent the whole package back to you. Did you check you sent the correct fee and signed the right place?

They are a little slow lately and today is only 9 workdays since they got the package so give it a bit more time.

Also, did you include the G-1145? Otherwise, they will not text/e-mail you.

Oh My GC will expire the beginning of August, my package was delivered on May 11th so I did try my best to file as close to the 90 day as I can...my family member and I checked carefully on everything we signed and we had the correct fee as well. I also did include the G 1145 form in the package as well with my email and phone number but still nothing from them :(

Okay, you made it sound like it was going to expire anytime real soon.

Just give it some time and you'll be fine :)

HI you could get a stamp at a infopass so you won't lose your job

You don't receive an NOA until your check clears, that should take up to a month. They go hand in hand.

For example, when there was a backlog, ours was received May 10th, but our NOA wasn't until June 7th when they processed the check, which cleared through a few days later.

According to February, March, April and May filers threads there is no backlog to speak of right now. "Everyone" seems to be getting their extension letter within 10 days from both lockboxes. Unless they get their packages rejected, that is.

That goes for the i-751, not other petitions.

Sometimes when they get backed up it can take 4-6 weeks.  I would definitely call after 30 days.

Are you already employed?  If so, your job is protected (at least from your immigration status).  They cannot ask you for a copy of your green card.  And even after the card expires, it doesn’t mean your status does.  You are a permanent resident until a court order terminating that status occurs.

When they open your packet to review the contents for missing docs, upload your contents and cash your cheque, THEN they will issue an I797 NOA.

Be patient, grasshopper :)

Thank you. Yes I think I will call after 30 days, because until now there is nothing showing that they got my paperworks although I double checked with the Post office 3 times that the package was delivered at the correct mailbox. I have a full time job and I've been with that company almost a year and I love my job, so I am worried that this may affect my job.
