How long the processing time to bring minor son 14 and my mom 63 through I-130 Petition? Iam a U.S. citizen. Can anybody share their experienced in this process? That would be so nice.

10/16/2017.......... ROC package mailed

10/18/2017.......... I-751 package received VSC

10/19/2017.......... I-797 NOA date

10/30/2017.......... Notice received in mail

10/30/2017.......... Check cashed

11/02/2017.......... Conditional GC expired

11/22/2017.......... Biometrics completed

  xx/xx/xxxx.......... waiting waiting waiting

Thank you for your time to reply. I was about to start to fill out the paper work for both of my son and mom today, but my son start school in my country Philippines this June till March, his 10th grade and he ask if he can finish this school year until March. So, I think if takes a year I should do it now this is the best time to start right? I just need enlightenment for this process, I know it's going to be be stressful again for me. I;ve through alot of this immigration papers for the last 10years. Thank you guys for sharing your words here...Anybody is welcome to share anything about the topic.
