Hi,

I am preparing my DS-160 for my k-1 interview which will be held in Dublin, Ireland. My passport only has my first and last name included, it omits my middle name. Do I just omit my middle name from the DS-160 completely?

My police clearance certificate includes my middle name, as it is included in my birth certificate and police clearance in Ireland is done to match the birth certificate. Has anyone had a similar issue? I don't want to cause any unnecessary confusion on the day of my interview, which I hope will be soon as I am just awaiting my medical results before I schedule an appointment!

Also in the ds-160, it asks if anyone has filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with USCIS. Does the i-129f count as an immigrant petition? Technically the k-1 visa is a non-immigrant visa but it is processed like an immigrant visa so I am unsure on what to say for that!
