When can I file for my citizenship?

Hi Guys, need some clarification. 

I married and got my 10 year Green Card and had to divorce after so I have to wait until 5 years to get my Citizenship.

My card said Resident Since: 05/22/2015 and it expires 09/17/2028 Category: IR6

When is the earliest time can I submit my N-400 to file for my Citizenship?

Married 6-12-14

Filed I-765 - I-485 - I-130

7-14-14 - Filed

07-22-14 - Cheque Cashed

8-4-14 - Change of Address

10-24-14 - Approved

10-23-14 - Receive EAD

7-14-14 - Filed

08-05-14 - Biometrics

08-14-14 - Biometric Completed

08-14-14 - RFE

08-17-14 - Responded

09-12-14 - Another RFE

12-2-14 - Interview Date (Reschedule because I was admitted in the Hospital)

12-6-14 - Receive letter that it has been reschedule

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath
