Congrats!!! Looks like a nice cozy place for just the two of you. And wow, can't beat that price! That's only $80 more than what we pay for a 2 bedroom apt here. Where is it? I'm moving there :P

Congratulations! Im starting my house hunting soon, too so I will have something ready when Ahmed comes 'home'. I hope I can find something half as cute as your new digs. Best wishes on your new place!

Ben rolled his eyes...

Then we found out it had natural gas, and all excuses were off :D We were not overpowered anymore :D WEeeeeeeeee!

Electric heat is a killer for us here in the winter months. Last electric bill: $145 :blink:

OK, now I am fine, no more hangover and we've just been spending the morning turning to each other and saying "we've got a house" like two silly billys that we are :D

Now I will need to get some "change of address" cards made (which, since I work where I do, I can do very cheaply!), and I ought to tell my Mum and rest of family as well, I suppose...hehehe :P

Im sooo happy for the two of you ..

Hope you get the card I sent in time.. It was delayed... my daughter (eldest 25) ended up being placed emergency in the hospital... they found a blod clott in her thighto abdomin.. extremely large... she had trouble breathing they think she actually threw small clott to the lung... Only thing the Doc's come up with is .. that the cause is most likely due to Birth Control.. AUGGHH..... she is doing much better noe. ...but mentally I was/am frazzled.. but I did send it..

Another. thought just occured to me..

Now you have another piece of documentation... HEY your lease... YAHOOO...
