I've been checking the website every 15 minute at work and waking up super early to check for 2 weeks now... I couldn't believe it when I saw the dates available.. My brain almost didn't notice it. Can't believe this part is over.

Now let's all book the doctor's appointment !

Has anyone gone to the interview with an expired visa? I got an appointment on Sept 25th which was their earliest available appointment but my NOA2 says it expires a couple days prior to the 25th. Thanks!

Mine will expire before I get a date also. I believe they extend for you automatically. Can anyone confirm?

Hey, I think you guys should be okay but I would recommend that you email the consulate and confirm. That way, you will have email confirmation saying that it is okay for you to appear after your NOA2 in the email and you have proof on the day just in case there's any confusion at the interview. Better to just be careful. You can email the consulate through the Public Inquiry Form here: https://ca.usembassy.gov/embassy-consulates/public-inquiry-form/

Guys, I just want to confirm,

Do we book the appointment for the K1 visa as “non-immigrant” or “immigrant” in the portal.

Is there really a difference?

Hey - under the immigrant portal, it has the green background.  And yes, it will direct you to select what kind of immigrant visa you want and under that you can select K visas. Hope that helps!

So I don’t even have my P3 yet (it was changed to ready on July 19 but not P3 yet) and my NOA2 expires September 24th!

Mine expires on September 9th & my interview is on September 25th. Having the same problem... except it’s a couple weeks.
