Is it the petitioner or beneficiaries address that has changed? My fiance (the petitioner) has moved twice during this process. Once while our case was at USCIS (before our NOA2) and we updated the address on the USCIS website and called USCIS. I would reccomend doing that. Again while the case was in Montreal... after I had filled out the DS-160. I emailed them and they said if I’m unable to update the DS-160 I can make the changes at the interview. If it’s the address of the beneficiary that has changed I would try emailing  the Montreal consulate, they’re pretty fast at getting back. Usually within 2-3 business days. Hope that helps.

It’s the petitioners address that has changed. I’ll try to email the consulate but good to know I can update it at the interview.

Am I the only one in this group that still does not have their P3? I emailed the embassy again. It’s been “ready” since July 19 on CEAC and they have had my application since June 27 :(((((

Ugh that sounds so frustrating! I hope you get it soon. On the bright side, at least you're not missing out on any interview dates. I have no idea when they will open them again. I've been checking since a week ago and nada.

Wow! No interview dates right now?! Are the next round booking into November?

It's really a shame they stopped the Vancouver consulate K1 interviews two years ago. Definitely seems like it would be helpful now. (and save my fiance a plane ticket to Montreal, lol)

This is so frustrating! I heard only selective dates where opened on September so I’m hoping more dates will open up still. Crossing fingers

The appointments for K1 are only on Wednesdays and it appears that every Wednesday for the month were made available... so the only hope for September is someone cancelling their own...

Good luck !
