Rejected police clearance

Hi all,

        Nvc sent me an update on my case  that the police criminal check i sent  to them is incorrect and that i should submit the correct one.i went to the CID only to be told that it is indeed the exact clearance i submitted and that they can not give me any other thing.please what should i do

What country's PCC was refused? Ghana?

How!, its issue at criminal investigations division , department headquarters Accra. is 120GHC . it is printed on gray security paper which  has the Ghana police logo in the upper centre and a centre watermark of the logo. it has your picture to the document. you can delete the rejected one and upload the same thing again. wish you all the best.

Have you lived/worked in any other country besides Ghana for more than 6mths??

Also, has it been more than 1 year when you furnished that document to NVC?

They  quotef my fiance 450 cedi . . . and they refused to lower it even though i told them that its 120

what!!  is 120Ghc as at now.

is there a way i can communicate with someone at the headquarters? like a name of a document or somewhere that lists the price?  I'm not sure if he has paid for it yet.

It’s 120gh for the official price which takes 14workings days I believe the 450gh quoted means he’s probably passing through someone n want it sooner than the 14days

OP, can say exactly what the message said word for word, because there could be many reasons it's been rejected like incorrect scanning, or part of document was cutoff during scanning, uploaded wrong orientation, your document was blurry, wrong issuing authority, etc.

It's indeed GHC120 if you need it by the standard issuance time of 2+ weeks. If you need it sooner/expedited than that you'll have to pay more (and by that I mean grease some palms). If you can wait for two weeks+ then by all means go to the window and pay GHC120 as that's the price by law.
