When my faincee signs the letter of Intent to marry or any of the form on the I-129f package does she need to send them to me through the mail or can I print them out after she emails them to me. I'm thinking it need original signature  but am not sure.

You don't need original signatures on the letters of intent; your fiancee printing out a copy, signing it, scanning the signed copy, and emailing it to you (after which you print it again) is fine.

That's what we did.

Please do yourself a favor and read the Form I-129F instructions (link already provided to you) and the VJ Step-by-step K1 Visa Guide: https://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide/ . After reading the guides and instructions, come back with your specific questions.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Thank you I did read the part about the signature but it did state anything about the signature being allowed to be a copy.

This is a very common question, often asked several times a day.   Suggest that you read/review several threads in these K1 forums, there is a lot of great information being provided.

:time:Just click on the word "timeline" in your profile on the left column here and follow the directions.

Also, there is a sub-forum for the Philippines here on VJ that you should be a part of. It's a good place to read what others are experiencing which will only prepare you for your interview.  http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/129-philippines/

And....

The PSA in the Philippines is notorious for misspellings and missing information on birth certificates. You should look over your BC to make sure everything is correct as well as your passport. Now is the time to get that corrected. You might want to get a copy of your NBI to see if there are any problems with it. Again, now is a better time to get it corrected if you find something wrong. Be sure to use all your AKA's when they do the search. Make sure your passport doesn't expire any time before a year from now as this is a long process and you could be running around getting a new one at the last minute. So get it renewed if it is expiring in 2019.

And...

Join us in the May 129f thread. Lots of information being shared. Be sure to read the introductory post in this thread. First post.
