Hello, Vegas filers!

We had our interview today, got approved on the spot. Questions: How did you meet? Did you meet each others parents, when? Then we were asked if there's any additional bona fide evidence, but after we've submitted Citibank credit card statements (i'm an authorized user on my husband's card), medical insurance and lots of flight tickets the officer said that we are approved.

Our case is very easy, no red flags - 2 years of dating, 1 year engaged, K-1, then AOS.

Green card is expected to arrive in 10-12 days.

Our processing times: NOA - 1 July 29 2019, Ready - September 21 2019, EAD/AP - December 6 2019, Interview - 20 Feb 2020. Las Vegas field office.

Good luck to everyone!

Hello Peeps,

We had our AOS intervew (employment based) on February 28th. We had a tough officer and she grilled us on every single document and incident including my change of addresses and zip codes. She even asked my wife why she does not work and the name of our marrige witnesses. But the officer was polite in nature and even gave us the opportunity to provide additional document proving our marriage on the same day as she did not want us to wait to get a RFE notice. She did not say anything about her decision on the spot. But literaly 30 mins after her shift ended at 3.30 PM (she told us about her working hours), the case status chnaged to approved. We are waiting for our green cards now.

Sending all of our good wishes to you all. And remember, dont forget to bring ANY documents as you dont know what the officer might want to see. :)

Our interview was today and was told that a review was needed but the officer approved before the end of the day. The 485 status changed “New card is being produced”.

The officer told us that we’re his last appointment for a while since USCIS closes offices temporarily due to coronavirus.
