In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I haven't heard of that being the case. Typically people have said that filing online was quicker. What is your situation - filing after 5 years of residency?

Well, you have won the lottery! I haven't heard of anyone getting an interview that quickly in recent times.

you will get your interview soon too good luck

It's not about luck, they have started prioritizing applications filed in 2019 than those filed last year or before, through LIFO(last in first out) process in order to ease the backlog on all applications. That is the reason people are getting fast interviews who filed 2019 than those who filed last year or earlier. So whoever filed in 2019 is getting 'lucky'.

I wonder if that is what happened in Detroit last year.  My wife also filed paper in mid January 2018 and had her oath in early June.

Doesn't surprise me that St Paul, MN is the worst based on the topics started here on VJ. Looks like Albuquerque has slipped from around 4 months when my wife did it last year to 7.5 months now.

Seattle doesn’t fare much better. I’m filing there on September. However, I am expecting a fast process because of the election in 2020 and new voters being seen as “fresh meat” for the parties.

I can't believe how much the wait times have increased since the end of 2106. My husband sent in his application the last week of Nov 2016 and was sworn in within 5 months of doing so. And that was with having to wait and extra month to be sworn in because they require a minimum amount of people to perform the ceremony in Manchester NH. Why have the wait times increased so much?

That’s simple to answer: Donald Trump. His administration has intentionally made it more difficult for people to become citizens and slowed down the process. The result is a massive backlog of pending cases.
