Why do you need a tourist visa when your K-1 is almost complete? 

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

Once you have k1 Visa the  your B2 Visa will be canceled during the interview (which happens in majority of cases). 

K1

29.11.2013 - NoA1

06.02.2014 - NoA2

01.04.2014 - Interview. 

AoS

03.2015 - AoS started.

09.2015 - Green Card received.  

RoC

24.07.2017 - NoA1.

01.08.2018 - RoC approved.

I guess your tourist visa will still be valid unless embassy has cancelled it after issueing you h4 visa. If your h4 visa is being cancelled due to divorce then you have to leave US and enter again with different visa (i.e. b2 visitor visa). You cant move from h4 to b2 in the US. Have to leave and reenter.

Any other visa remains valid unless they cancel it.

At the same time, it is SOP to cancel any other non-immigrant visa when issuing a K-1 visa. It's still common when issuing other non-immigrant visas.

And see the post history, OP is in Bangalore, India and not in the US, nearing a K1.
