i feel the same way, tammy. vj seemed like a cool place to come and talk about your problems, concerns, happiness, blab about nothing, ....etc. its practically annonymous! but there are some here that make others feel bad for giving too much information out. i can't blame julianna for taking her blog info down.

i LIKED that fact that i could come here and talk about anything on my mind (personal or not) because i could get an unbiased opinion on things. something that is hard to get from friends and family. and i can see lots of vj members enjoy it for the same reason. why is there so much negativity? i guess vj was a good idea, in theory. but i guess it might be better to stick to strictly VISA questions...

anyway, happy wednesday.

It may be wise to stick to visa business, but what a nice place it would be to come and enjoy yourself without being bashed or made fun of. If people do not approve of a post or thread, then why not just advoid it.

Everyone have a wonderful rest of the week, and enjoy your weekend! I'm excited because a cause near and dear to my heart is getting more awareness (SAVE DARFUR!).

Sara I agree with you. I don't post as often as I did but I like to check up on people when I can and maybe offer up some support or assistance. You were one of the first who extended your help to me years ago. Next month marks 4 years that I have known Abdou and two years since he arrived and we were married. There is much to go through during this visa journey, before and after they receive their visa. It sure would be nice to see such bitterness or lack of something better to do meanness leave the board but for quite some time, certain individuals just can't let it be. We all know we can ignore things we don't agree with besides adding comments to threads to cause something others enjoy to be closed. Believe me, they know what they are doing and just don't care. It's easier to be nasty than nice. The internet is full of people who love trouble.

Anyway, I wish the best to everyone and just keep on posting and learn to ignore those who just want trouble. Just make the most of VJ; it can be a great source of information with an added bonus of good people who become friends.
