You are creating a problem that only exist in your mind. First step of K-1 visa, which what I assume you wanted for your beneficiary is filing 129F by US Citizen. There no requirement there of "ongoing relationship" They just want evidence of a couple meeting at least once within last 2 years.  That is it. They also want to know petitioner is a US Citizen, and do a background check etc but that about it. It is up to US Consulate at the Embassy who will interview your beneficiary to establish if visa has merit. Luckily for you, Philippines is not a hard embassy. As a matter of fact VAST majority of K-1 filers on this side as well as the rest of US are from Philippines. Read their stories, they do not want or need to go all CSI like on the pictures, or evidence of relationship.

Good luck.

Do you actually believe that nobody has ever been denied a K1 visa because the CO could find no evidence of a relationship beyond NOA 1?  If so I would call that naive.  I prefer to cover any situation that I can imagine.  I think that gives me a better chance at success.  I don't understand why anyone would criticize me for trying to head off problems before they arise.

Are we talking 129F or K-1 interview? I haven't seen a single RFE or story of 129F denial that was worded "We didn't provide enough evidence of relationship" There was plethora of "We need evidence of you physically meeting face to face within last 2 years"  though. And "We need 2 letters of intent to marry!" Those letters of intent to marry is the evidence of relationship that USCIS is looking for.
During the interview stage, is a different story, and country from country varies widely. If your partner was from one of the MENA countries, they would have an uphill climb. But Philippines? I don't think so. Some pictures, a few screenshots of conversations, but more importantly your partner being truthful and genuine. You are not climbing Everest on the uncharted path, you following a well paved road, traversed by thousands every year.

I believe I have solved my own problem and I have a suspicion others will follow my lead.  I discovered there are internet time/date sites (https://time.is/calendar)  whose displays can be minimized and placed on your desktop in any convenient position that does not block pertinent data such as photos.  The time & date is clearly visible as is the URL of the website which can be accessed by a CO who can determine that it cannot be altered by the user.

Yeah right, and the CO would just access a third party site from a secure federal computer.

Does anyone know of a video chat program that allows snapshots to be taken of both participants simultaneously and the pics are dated dd/mm/yyyy?  I've been using FB messenger and skype but neither do this.

I can almost guarantee that you are not going to be asked for any of this in Manila...We printed some FB Messenger chats just in case. Asked for nothing at interview...

Finally done...

There has to be some way for a CO to verify information by using the internet.  I don't pretend to know what it is but I'm sure it exists.  Maybe he uses his iphone.  I don't know and neither do you.

Just want to add a point: Most people take flights to travel from Nepal to China, or take long journey by Bus. There are exceptions when some people only see climbing the Everest from Nepal and then descending to China is the only route.

I can at least confidently tell you, CO would not waste his time/effort in such stuffs, whether the time stamp on a photo is can be faked or not. There are far more important stuffs they will be concerned about.

if a K1 is denied, that would definitely not because whether the time stamp on a photo can be faked or not.

I'm not sure I see the parallel between my actions and your Napal/China scenario.  All I'm trying to do is to be prepared.  I learned that from the Boy Scouts decades ago.  You make it sound like I'm digging a hole I won't be able to climb out of.

Ok. But I can tell you it is not Trump or whoever else that is standing in the way of your happily-ever-after right now, but you delaying submitting because solving problems that do not exist in Real World. P.S. Our 129F petitioner approved less than a year ago was done under Trump administration. As a matter of fact last few months approval times for 129F went down from 6-8 months down to 3-4 for many people.

My NOA 1 was 3 April 19.  I'm not delaying anything.  Just preparing for the next hurdle.

Those are some pretty bold statements.  Do you have personal knowledge of what COs do on a minute to minute basis?  If so, you should share that with the rest of VJ.  IMHO, looking for lies and liars is what a CO gets paid to do.

At this point, you think you have solved your own great problem and are not agreeing to any other’s suggestion, so any further conversation will be moot anyway.

Why am I welcome? I think it's absurd that you're bothering but you do you.  Whatever floats your little boat.
