On May 30th, 2019 it will be 10 months that my husband and I have been waiting for the NOA2 i-130 approval for my stepchild.

The priority date is July 30th, 2018.

We received our NOA1 on August 2nd, 2018 from the Nebraska Service Center.

I keep checking our case status online using the receipt number and it's still saying our case has been received in August 2018.

I've read horror stories on this forum of officers losing petitioner's packets and etc, & It's giving me some pretty severe anxiety thinking this could happen to us.

Anyone else around the same priority date that has received their approval?
