I just received my package in the mail today for early filing outside 90 days.

They divided my package in two and everything got stapled with heavy duty staple. My pictures were placed in a small yellow Manila folder. It seems like every page have been scanned, at the bottom of every page. The cashier check was placed with the 1st set of paperwork with a NOA rejection letter and a green notice.

Do I mail everything back as is, or do I rearrange everything like it was originally sent.? It seemed like everything was scanned already, I'm not sure if I need to send the pictures again. The green notice says  PLACE THIS LETTER ON TOP OF YOUR APPLICATION PACKAGE.  My package was separated and pulled apart into two stacks. Package 1 includes my petition, the check and part of the supporting documentation.

For those who have gone through this, please advise! How should I do this? It seems like everything was scanned already and I was issued a receipt number with EAC#.

Mail it the way it is with the green paper sheet in the front (attached the check to that paper sheet with a paper clip).

The rejection receipt number means nothing to you, you'll get a new one once the application has been accepted.

My package also got rejected and was returned exactly as you describe yours.

My my reason for rejection was incorrectly dated check. I filled out a brand new form I-751 and signed and dated it. I Wrote out a new cheque and completed a new form G-1145.

I took my rejection notice from the returned package leaving the green paper on top of the returned package. I attached the new forms and check right behind the green page with a paper clip then sent it all back.

It took a while but I eventually received my NOA text and receipt number. It says I-797 to follow in mail.

The guideline for filing RoC does indicate that the petition would be rejected for early filing. There is a reason why they grant a 90-day window for you to file your paperwork. Just resubmit it like others have suggested and ensure that it has the updated forms and correctly signed/dated before you re-package it.

Good luck!

Hi!

I got my application back because I sent before the 90 window. I noticed some stamped numbers on all my papers and i'm wondering if we need to fill out a new form, send new evidence, documents, etc or just send back to them the package we got?

Can i also include new evidences and documents?

Thank you :)

I personally would send everything new for the peace of mind, but people have re-sent what they got back and they've been fine. I'd at least use a new form.

Yes, you can include new evidence.
