Documents still not recived by embassy its 12 day today what should i do

Documents still not received by embassy but the courier service people are saying we have delivered the documents but for the load of documents delivered to embassy they cant receive the documents i am worried about that its now 12 days they don't recived the documents should i need to wait more 2 Or 3 days or i need to send that documents again to embassy because that documents is photocopies not original original already submitted to embassy what to do please suggest me or tell me something it will be help because already my case is too much late in administrative processing its about 1 year to go

 My embassy is islamabad pakistan viza catagory is f3 family immigration viza

Do you have a tracking number? if you have you can use it to track the document to see what it is at now. 

 

In case the the package has reached the embassy/consulate, it may take awhile to process it (to place in in the right storage cabinet, get it into the system, etc.).  The one who is assigned to work on your case is probably not the one who receives and signs the delivery.

I send the documents through American Express they didn't give me any tracking id because they create online account on AED sites on that account when i login into that is just says your passport is in embassy there is no option of tracking the documents but its 12 days how it is possible that they didn't receive and place it on right stotage i am scared because about that i they lost the documents you tell me should i need to wait more I delivered the documents on 8 may 2019 and i send the inquiry to embassy on 16 may 2019 they says i reply we didn't receive your documents yet

You do not have many option anyway - just keep contacting/checking.

It usually take some time. Amex is reliable and we should have confidence on them. Did you write your case number and Dob on package?  What documents you sent? Can you upload those documents? Don't e-mail them again until Eid. Wait and see. I usually don't trust their e-mail reply. Instead just fax them on May 23, a letter asking if they received your documents. Don't forget to write your case number, dob, petitioner name on that letter.

Yes i write the case no and also passport number and DOB i have send them a marriage and divorce timeline with all the photocopies of marriages and divorces certificates i have send through American Express this courier service is recognised by the embassy then why this happed its till now 13 days to go why the still not recived the documents and can you please tell me the procedure of fax them a letter i dont know whats the fax number and how to write a letter which nub i have to fax and how to fax them please guide me or i have send the passport and documents before through American Express on that time they received the documents after 3 days but what happened now its 13 days now i am woy about that i dont know what to do now i have to send the documents again or should i have to wait more??

and they didn't ask to upload the documents on CEAC

just fax all those documents. Just get a cover letter from photo copy shop or write on plain paper.

Your name your case number. your name. your dob and Petitioner name.

Yes update on 17-may-2019 because when i send inquiry for asking documents recived they reply back we didn't receive your documents yet that whay ceac update on 17 may

should i have to wait 1 or 2 days more or i have to fax that documents immediately 

 

Who can i fax bundel of papers

 

3 divorce certificate photocopy 

 

3 marriage certificate photocopy

 

1 paper sheet of timeline of all marriage and divorces dates

 

1 previous divorce decree from my mother side my mother is principal applicant 

 

1 letter from union counsil explianing the clerical mistake of the divorce certificate 

 

these 3 marriage and divorce are both from my mother side and also from my stepfather side

 

what is cover letter i didn't get it whats that?

 

i have documents barcode cover sheet in my email can i also attach that with fax?

 

when i should fax did the fax nubmer is always available  on embassy timing ?
