after the USCIS received the evidence it needed (RFE), how long USCIS can issue the Noa2

It is almost impossible to determine USCIS workload and when the adjudicator can get back to your file, since the adjudicator likely just picked up another file and started working on it after sending out your RFE and putting yours back in the stack. It may be safe to assume that you may hear something in 2 to 4 weeks, maybe sooner(?). It is safe to say that at this time, USCIS is seriously buried in paperwork and short on workers, just look at the protracted processing times for everything....

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Thank you very much

Congratulations!! How did you find out? Was your status updated online? We have sent our rfe reply on the 11th April, and still nothing 🙈

No problema. Take a look at the VJ K1 Step-by-step Flow Chart: https://www.visajourney.com/content/k1flow/  It looks like you are currently around step #4. Disregard the timelines, USCIS is in slow-motion, who knows what the timelines are now.

thank you very much for the information I am going to see it

Muy importante:  Do not lose the official Form I-797 NOA2, be sure to save it, and make several copies of it. You need to provide a copy of your NOA2 in the next step of the process, Adjustment of Status (AOS).
