Bringing Child on K1 Visa

Hi, everyone.

We are just about to start filling out forms for my K1 Visa. 

My fiance and I are both from the Philippines. He is now an American citizen. We have a child together (out of wedlock).

What form/s do I need to fill out for my child (besides the I-29F)?

He isn't able to pass US citizenship to your child?  If not,  then simply listening the child on the petition is all that is required until the petition gets to the embassy

Exactly ! Check out CRBA, https://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/154-consular-reports-of-birth-abroad-crba/.  If not, list him on the Form I-129F, and go for a K2 derivative visa for him.

Sorry, let me correct this...

My fiance is just waiting for his U.S. Citizenship oath taking and I am pregnant with our child.

We are not sure if his oath taking will be scheduled prior to the birth of our child. Should my fiance's citizenship be final before my child's birth, how do I file for the birthright citizenship of our child?

Since he is not yet a USC then he cannot petition for you until he is.

Yes, I understand. We are just preparing for the scenarios when he does complete his citizenship.

And he may not be able to pass citizenship to the child at birth.  How long has he been inside the USA?
