Maybe I can do that through rapid Visa, that's whom I used

I'm rather impressed rapid visa actually got a petition all the way to NOA2. That alone is amazing, but I guess sooner or later they were bound to mess up and get one right...LOL.

Other than basing on Rapid Visa though, make sure it is what you want because like others have said it is final, but better now than later. Definitely talk and feel the situation out, sometimes people are fine until they see something like NOA2 and are thinking Wow, this is really happening, I never thought it would get this far. Could be a case of the jitters. You do have some time though, nothing is finalized yet, still has to go thru NVC, and then to the embassy, so you can feel things out for a month at least, and see how things go. Doesn't cost any more money until the medical exam and DS-160 gets filled out and paid for, and then you know exactly where the petition is ( Embassy) and you should have case numbers and everything to make it easier to find, and like others have said without your I-134 it won't make it past the embassy stage.

Here on a K1? Need married and a Certificate in hand within a few hours? I'm here to help. Come to Vegas and I'll marry you Vegas style!!   Visa Journey members are always FREE for my services. Yea, I think you should probably go ahead and withdraw it. You sound like you will probably hold it over his head once he gets here anyways. Loving you and being excited about moving to the US aren't mutually exclusive. You sound really lackadaisical about ditching this man just because of other people's issues and that "he's acting differently". Sounds selfish and like you probably wasted his time and the time of everyone else waiting during this process who are really in love. If you feel in your heart it's a bad idea then withdraw it, but make sure you really know what you're doing because he will probably be the one stigmatized as a green card seeker in the future and will probably never be able to visit the United States ever again because of this decision.

So my fiance and I was approved on May 10, 2019. My question is; what happens after he is approved for his Visa and I decided I don't want to marry him. Will he still be able to come to the US?

I am seriously having doubts after reading a lot of the issues every one else is having and not to mention he is acting a little different since finding out about the NOA2.

Please advise,  thank you.

still a lot of paperwork for you to complete pre interview and that he has to take to the interview. he can not come without you providing this.

write a letter withdrawing your petition and send it in.

But be sure- ABSOLUTELY SURE - that is what you want, as you can not 'take it back'. you would have to go through the entire process again.

While we have no idea as to what's happening in their relationship, the OP knows best, and would agree with others, if there's that strong of doubt already about not marrying him even if he got here... stop the process now.

A little insight as well to you, I married a very nice guy from Jamaica, trust me you want to be absoulutely sure that this is what you want, because once he gets here, it's 4 to 5 more years of paperwork and on time filings with and for him, trust me you have to be in super love to go through all this so that he can stay current with all the paperwork and cards and so forth, my husband never acted differently, but i actually did, asking myself do i really want to go through this..in the end it all worked out, we are soo happy..but test your man, put some major questions out there to find out what it is, see if he will come up with all his future fees for medical and visa fee, let him do things to see if this is what he really wants, also pray if you love him, and I'm sure if it's true love it's a go, if not you will see RED FLAGS!!  take heed...this is a very big step and you don't want the drama later on meaning financial issues or any other issues...and don't use Rapid Visa, you can do this all yourself and don't waste the money, we just finished the last step and it was all worth it..if you have any questions on forms or anything, you can always send me a personal message..I will be so very glad to help..Take care!!

Just a little info on my situation and emotional rollercoaster going threw the process as a K1. My now husband aand I went threw different emotions and started acting a little off with each other during the Visa process. It wasn't due to doubt or questioning is this really what we want? It was excited and reality of omg this is really happening then realising I'm leaving all my friends and family behind with slight fear. A few fights came out from it due to how each stage impacted us individually but after being open and honest with each other we knew it was the stress of the application. Before you jump the gun and withdrawal the application have you talked to him as to why he being different? It is a rollercoaster of emotion and it's vital to communicate with each other so there no cross wires. If you have that gut feeling after talking to your partner then yes I would withdrawal the application.

Once I arrived in the US that was another rollercoaster of emotions and with communication and support we got threw it. Sometimes I would withdrawal from being home sick sometimes I was tired of being stuck at home but we got threw it we talked it out and was open with 1 another. We're now 9years married with 2 kids.. communication goes a long way. Just cause it doesn't work out for some people don't assume you'll be the same trust your gut and communicate with your partner to clear up any doubts

wonderful!
