when are you planning to go?  You need a new passport, STAT!

or re-book the ticket in the name on the passport..... OP can re-enter the US using passport, GC, and marriage certificate......but I agree that the best solution is to get a passport in married name.....

Hello, I need your help!

I'm taking a one week vacation to Italy.

I'm a permanent resident with a conditional green card. My green card and driver's license are in my married name. My boarding pass is in my married name.

But my passport is in my MAIDEN name.

I've already spoken with TSA and US Customs and I should be good because my green card is in my married name.

I'm also flying Iberian airlines and Finnair. HELP! Will I be denied boarding the plane?! Is there anything I can do- bring a marriage certificate, etc as proof I'm the same person?

Get a new passport.

The ticket has to match the passport for the airlines to issue a boarding pass.

I-751 journey

10/18/2017.......... I-751 package received VSC

Two options

-get a new passport in your married name (you should do this for the future anyway to make things easier), if there's time

...or...

-call the airline and have them change the name on your ticket. Often expensive depending on the airline, but faster and easier than getting a new passport

I had been denied boarding cause my first name was misspelled in boarding pass.

+1 to this. We had an issue where an extra middle name was added (so not even false, just extra info on the ticket that wasn't on the passport), and we had to buy a new ticket all over again. Now we make sure the flight ticket is always identical to the passport info.

Although probably fairly easy for the OP to get a new passport being from Canada, this may not be so easy for everyone.  We looked into changing my wife's Russian passport after she got her GC, and the process is arduous.  First she would have to change her name on her national identity passport (commonly referred to as a domestic passport), this can only be done in country, and takes nearly six weeks; it also requires a legal name change document, and the Russian government does not accept marriage certificates, so a legal name change order from a court would be required.  Once that is done, then one can change their international passport which can be done through a consulate (I think) and takes a little less time.  In our case, we simply kept buying the tickets in the name on her Russian passport (until she got her US passport in her married name), and she had no issues.  She always keeps a copy of the marriage certificate with her when traveling, but no one ever asked to look at it even though the GC did not match the foreign passport.

Been there.  Done that (tried).  A US passport solved the issue.  Way back in the day Russia would put an official stamp in the Russian passport indicating the individual's other, married, name.  Worked great back then.  They quit doing it a while ago.
