i have not seen this asked 

but was wondering 

if a cosponsor is needed for K1 or CR1 does the USC need to have the 125% income levels on his/her own for the AOS and ROC once the person is here

or can they still use a cosponsor for these ?

AOS has the same rules as IR/CR as it is for a GC.   No additional affidavit at ROC

~~moved to general immigration discussion from K1 process and procedures.  Topic is about joint sponsors and although mentions K1 it also mentions AOS and other visa types and would apply to other visa types~~

AOS would need an I-864 and a joint sponsor

CR1/IR1 always allows for joint sponsors because of the I-864

ROC doesn't require anything because the I-864 is still in effect.
