I134 is an 8 page form

2018 tax transcripts is 5 pages.  If you were planning to send your 1040 your original is on file with the IRS, so again all you have is a copy

I129f original was sent to the uscis, so all you have is a copy any way.  Your submitted i129f will already be in Manila.  You don't need to provide an additional copy.  People send the i129f for the beneficiary so she can review it before the interview

NOA2 - not required

As you have suggested, I'm trying to do what is suggested by VJ.

Maybe and I say maybe if you're interviewing in Lagos or Casablanca.   Certainly not Manila

The interview is 5 minutes long.  They will not review 100 pages.  90+% of applicants don't even get asked for support evidence

VJ guides are written globally,  regional forums exist to reset reality for the specific consulate

I'm sure your interview was 5 minutes but that isn't what current reading material suggests.  You seem to believe that your experience applies ABSOLUTELY to everybody else.  Times change.  In case you haven't heard, out President is trying everything in his power to reduce immigration as much as possible.

Seriously,  the interview was three months ago.  Trump is trying to eliminate anchor babies and chain migration.  A k1 is neither

Umm..nope..nope..nope on all three points.

1.  Most interviews at Manila are at most 10 minutes with less than 5 questions asked.  The decision is made beforehand in most cases.

2.  Most everyone here has been thru the PH process..some many times..most are recent..so probably more informed than a guide written many years ago.

3.  Trump is trying to reduce illegal and chain immigration..in case you haven't heard.

Must be tough...

Logic won't help him at this point. He's read things. Grave urgent things. Doesn't matter if that interview and you posted that review yesterday on VJ. Let him waste his time and money.

Sorry if you took offense but I thought it necessary to point out that a printer in the Phils is not a complete solution.  I'm sure I will have at least 100 docs to send & I'm not looking forward to scanning them all and organizing them properly.

You must have one heck of a tax return ... or lots of divorces.    If your tax return is involved try getting the tax transcript  .. much shorter  ;)     W2  nuff said with that.

I-134 is 8 page, 7 pages if you don't need the additional space of Part 7

You do not need to send the I-129F packet as the embassy already has the original (the guide on VJ is terrible),   I do suggest to send your BIO section of the i-129F as it provide information to your fiancee that would be helpful for the interview.

Absolutely DO NOT sent the NOA2 to Manila .. you will need that for AOS later.. plus NO ONE wants it for the visa application.

Your timeline says you don't have your NOA2 yet ..

Here is the process after you get your NOA2, give USCIS a copy weeks to get the case file to NVC, then zing them an email requesting your case file number (MNL#), do not expect a quick reply as NVC will not reply to the email until your case file has shipped to USEM.   The format for the email is in the link below.

Once you have the email from NVC, forward a copy to your fiancee, she will need to print out two copies to take to St. Luke's for the medical.

During all of this your fiancee can pay the visa fee at BPI, get her acct/profile setup and then 12-24 hrs after paying the visa fee (weekends and holidays excluded) .. schedule the interview.
