Hey people just giving people heads up the advanced parole form has been updated to a different expire date I was just checking the forms as I was about to send of my pakage so letting you know incase any body is sending there off best to get new form .i-131 form I am referring to any way have a good day

Thanks I just sent in new form with expiery date just to be safe did alot of work so didn't want it sent back over date thanks anyway

As a K-1 visa holder applying for AOS, do I need to complete the Part 4 of I-131 form?

So basically yes fill it in just put down dates say 6 months ahead from.the time you send of your application and say 10 days and your purpose of travel would be vacation
