Form G-325A

I'm confused on whether form G-325A is always necessary.  It is listed on the example table of contents letter but the instructions make it sound like it's only necessary for those requiring deferred action for millitary service, or with a criminal record.  Can someone please clarify? Thanks!

That form is no longer used.

It’s not required. Always go by the form instructions not the outdates contents.

There are instructions for the cover letter? I only saw the example.

It is optional thus there is no instruction and you can very much ignore it if your petition’s contents is standard.

 

To me, it should be used to address some red flags or things that may confuse. However, many use it as table of contents: list of the forms, attached support docs, even the check and its amount.
