Sounds like normal administrative processing.  Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do.  AP is open-ended.

you may be much better off having the baby in your country

it would almost be impossible to get the visa, travel,  marry and be added to his insurance to pay for the baby in the US

I say almost as if all things fall into place it can be done but not likely

having a baby with no insurance in the US is very very expensive

Pakistan? AP could take weeks or months. There is no set timeframe. It takes as long as it takes. Your poor planning or lifestyle choices (whichever is the reason for the pregnancy) will have no influence on the speed with which AP is completed.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

most airlines say you can not fly after 36 weeks

immigration does qualify for a lifetime event to be added to his health care insurance

https://smartasset.com/insurance/what-counts-as-a-qualifying-life-event

it is under Status change

your husband needs to add you and the kids within 30 days (under his health care plan at work)

let's hope he doesn't have to buy a policy for you

Ap" mean Adminitrative process isn't it?

Yes - Administrative Processing - it can be simply as printing the visa and pasting it to the passport and get complicated as varying international travel history, criminal background history, etc. of visa applicant's.

Incorrect.  It means admin processing, and there is NO timeframe to complete.

Noooo.. AP = Administrative processing.

No timeframe how long it takes. Pakistani applicants generally see higher lengths of time to complete.
