Documents send through American Express embassy din,t recived yet

I hAve send the additional documents thorugh American Express on 8- may-2019 and i send inquiry to embassy on 16-may-2019 they replied that we din,t recived your documents till now i dont know whats American Express is doing its 10 days but still the documents is not recived by embassy whats going on what to do now help i dont know my documents is posted to embassy by American Express but the viza officer din,t recived in hand ?

Did you mean FedEX/USPS/DHL Express? If so, do you have tracking to track its delivery status or you can contact its presentative/sales to check where your document package is at.

Do you mean Federal Express (FedEx)?

 

Does FedEx say they delivered it? Did you get a signature?

 

Unless you request a signature, courier services will sometimes drop the package in front of a locked door or gate. I’ve had FedEx leave packages in front of my garage door instead of on the front porch.

 

Sorry to say, but your package is probably lost or stolen.

No i send through American Express yes they sign the paper and i have asked to him she said it will be delivered tomorrow in the morning at 10 am to the embassy but its 10 days embassy din,t recived it i will call on mon to America express office where i drop the documents and asked they why they have not delivered yet whats going on here today is Saturday in pak i will call them on monday

I'm thinking he means  aramex.  Aramex is the document delivery agent for many consulates

I am worried  that its 10 days why the embassy din,t recived the documents yet whats America express is doing is there any possibility that the courier service delivered the documents to embassy but the viza officer din,t recived the documents in hand that why they reply my email that we din,t recived your documents yet

Yes its the professional courier service linked directly with the embassy and counsalate but i dont know why the embassy din,t recived the documents whats going on😏

Documents still not received by embassy but the courier service people are saying we have delivered the documents but for the load of documents delivered to embassy they cant receive the documents i am worried about that its now 12 days they don't recived the documents
