No not their job. NVC is just a document intact facility. You need I-864. It's really not a big deal from the I-864ez

no. Why can't you just submit the I-864 for both. All the ez is a shorter version of the EZ but you can not use. It always caution on the side of error and submit the I-864. The I-864ez is used when you are only sponsoring one person that doesn't apply.

 

And NVC doesn't give RFE's

The answer is no you can not use I-864ez.
